This document defines the shipping and return terms for all purchases made through wa28.watchhousesale.com. All transactions are subject to the conditions stated below. Customers must read this document before completing a purchase.
14-Day Return Window
Pui Man Limited grants a 14-day return period for all women’s bags purchased on wa28.watchhousesale.com. The 14-day period begins on the date the customer receives the delivery. Returns are accepted for any reason, including change of mind. The product must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 14 days after Pui Man Limited receives and inspects the returned bag. The refund amount equals the purchase price paid by the customer. Original shipping charges are not refunded. The customer receives the refund through the original payment method. The refund arrival time in the customer’s account is at least 14 days from the date Pui Man Limited initiates the refund. Banking institutions and payment processors determine the exact posting date.
Buyer Responsibility for Return Shipping
The customer bears all costs of return shipping. Pui Man Limited does not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse shipping fees. The customer must select a shipping carrier with tracking capability. Pui Man Limited is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments. The customer retains proof of return shipment, including tracking number and receipt.
PayPal Refund Specific Terms
For purchases made via PayPal, the refund initiation follows the standard 14-day inspection period. PayPal refunds are subject to a minimum processing period of 14 days. Certain jurisdictions impose legal requirements extending the PayPal refund period to 30 days. Pui Man Limited complies with all applicable local laws. Where local law mandates a 30-day PayPal refund window, Pui Man Limited executes the refund within 30 days from the date of return approval. Customers residing in such jurisdictions must reference their local consumer protection regulations.

The customer must include the order number and full name inside the return package. Returns without an order number cause processing delays.
Refund Process – Step by Step
Step 1: Request Return Authorization
The customer sends a return request to [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. The email must contain the order number, product name, and reason for return.
Step 2: Receive Return Confirmation
Pui Man Limited responds within 2 business days with return confirmation and instructions. No return is processed without this confirmation.
Step 3: Pack the Product
The customer places the unused bag in original packaging. All tags, dust bags, and accessories must be included. The customer writes the order number on the outside of the package.
Step 4: Ship the Return
The customer ships the package to the address above using a trackable shipping service. The customer pays all shipping costs. The customer retains the tracking number.
Step 5: Inspection at Pui Man Limited
Upon delivery, Pui Man Limited inspects the returned bag within 5 business days. The bag must meet the original condition requirement.
Step 6: Refund Initiation
If the bag passes inspection, Pui Man Limited initiates the refund within 5 business days of inspection completion. The refund processes through the original payment method. PayPal refunds follow the timeline stated above.
Step 7: Refund Completion
The refund amount appears in the customer’s account at least 14 days after initiation. For PayPal transactions in certain jurisdictions, the refund may take up to 30 days. Pui Man Limited sends a refund confirmation email to the customer when the refund is initiated.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: gift cards, final sale bags, bags with removed tags, bags damaged by the customer, and custom-made bags. Pui Man Limited does not accept returns on these items under any circumstance.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a bag arrives damaged or does not match the ordered product, the customer must contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Pui Man Limited provides a full refund or replacement. Return shipping for damaged or incorrect items is paid by Pui Man Limited. The 14-day return window does not apply to damaged or incorrect items.
